Luxury Watches In 2007 Officine Panerai has introduced a new version of the timekeeping device that marked an important step in the evolution of both horology and navigation - the marine chronometer. From the middle of the 18th century until the recent times, marine chronometers have guided the course of many ships, representing the most precise portable mechanical instrument ever created.

Panerai releases four limited edition watches for the cities it feels have the highest concentration of US watch collectors. There will be two watches for each city - each with a specially engraved caseback.

Panerai unveils a new interpretation of the iconic timepiece ?the Luminor Chrono Daylight 44mm watch. The vintage look of the model has been inspired by the original. The brushed stainless steel case features a polished bezel.
